It started with 25 agencies in Contra Costa County agreeing to share their criminal justice information.  The first application to be shared was jail data which greatly reduced incoming and outgoing telephone calls seeking the status of booked persons.  Then all agencies enabled HRI to connect to their “production” RMS, view CAD, rx ALPR and Sex Offender data.  Soon 8 agencies and the jail in Solano joined, then 8 more plus the jail in San Joaquin County.

Next Alameda County and the City of Oakland began sharing their data followed by Fresno County with 35 agencies as well as agencies in Santa Clara County.

HRI interfaced the Butte County Jail database with the DA’s Damion Case Management System.
